What this service is

InstaPitcher is a financial analysis tool that extracts data from publicly available International company filings and presents it as structured analysis, with export to PowerPoint and Excel. The service is currently available as a free demo. These terms govern your use of the demo and will be updated when the service launches commercially.

Acceptance of these terms

By signing in to or using InstaPitcher, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account and access

Demo accounts are created by the InstaPitcher team and provided to you directly. You may update your email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may share your account with colleagues at your own discretion. If you do, you are responsible for ensuring they are aware of and comply with these terms.

Data accuracy and your responsibility to verify

InstaPitcher extracts financial data from publicly available company filings using automated methods. While safeguards are in place to detect extraction errors, the process is not guaranteed to be complete or accurate. Extracted values may be missing, misread, or incorrectly mapped.

For this reason, you are presented with all extracted data for review before any analysis is generated. By clicking "Confirm" on the verification screen, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the extracted figures, correct any errors, and that you accept the data as the basis for the subsequent analysis.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any data before using it in any context, including but not limited to investment decisions, client presentations, valuations, or any other professional or personal purpose.

Not financial advice

InstaPitcher is a data tool, not a financial advisory service. Nothing in the service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any analysis, valuation, or output generated by the service is based entirely on the data provided and confirmed by you, and should not be treated as a recommendation or professional opinion.

You should seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions based on any output from the service.

No warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the demo period, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of data.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. The demo is a work in progress and features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, InstaPitcher and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete financial data, investment decisions, or reliance on any output generated by the service.

Since the demo is provided free of charge, InstaPitcher's total aggregate liability for any direct damages arising from use of the service is limited to zero (SEK 0). This limitation does not apply to liability arising from intent or gross negligence on the part of InstaPitcher, as such liability cannot be excluded under Swedish law.

Intellectual property

The InstaPitcher software, including its extraction methodology, analysis templates, interface design, and underlying technology, is the property of InstaPitcher. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as described here.

The analyses and exports you generate using the service are yours to use freely, including for commercial purposes. This is the intended use of the product.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service. You agree not to use the service to build a competing product. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the operation of the service, overload its infrastructure, or access data belonging to other users.

Data and privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you also agree to the terms of that policy.

Analysis records, including which companies you have analysed, may be retained to improve the service for all users. This data is not personal and is not linked to your identity after account deletion.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the demo at any time, for any reason, without notice. The demo period will end when the service launches commercially. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated through the application or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved by the Swedish general courts.
